## Existing Web workflow

- **Site Visit = Pre-Installation Visit (PIV).** The Site Survey queue creates the visit from submitted customer site details; Team Leads and Technical Heads can assign a technician. The technician starts the visit and submits the survey report.
- **Installation:** Team Lead or Technical Head requests an eligible project installation in Task Assignments, then assigns a project team member in the planner. Technicians record daily progress in the project workspace, including work completed/pending, hours, manpower, percent complete, remarks, and photos.
- **Handover:** The planner only offers a handover request after all required project tests pass. The handover form records the actual handover date; if it is left blank, issuing the completion certificate records that day.
- **Callback / Service / Repair / Upgradation tickets:** Field technicians create tickets from the Technical Tickets menu, linked to a project team they belong to. A CRM Executive assigned to that customer or the regional Technical Head can approve or reject the request. Approved tickets enter the Team Lead / Technical Head planner for assignment; technicians record execution updates on the assigned task. Service tickets are manually raised for now; automatic six-month generation is deferred.
- **Attendance:** Web check-in/check-out, staff history, and team reporting are available.
- **Expense claims:** Staff submit claims with receipts; a Team Lead can add a review comment. A Technical Head then approves or rejects, marks approved claims as processing, and records reimbursement completion and an optional payment reference.
- **Dashboard:** Technician, Team Lead, and Technical Head dashboards include pending work, a 14-day work calendar, attendance counts, claim status, and completed-work productivity for the current month.
