## Common Issues & Solutions

### Issue 1: Form Not Appearing

**Symptoms**: 404 error at /lead-form

**Solutions**:

### Issue 2: CSRF Token Mismatch

- Verify `@csrf` is in form

### Issue 3: Email Already Exists Error

**Symptoms**: "This email address is already in use"

**Solutions**:
- Check if email actually exists: `SELECT * FROM leads WHERE email = '...';`
- If duplicate: Delete old draft or merge data
- User must use different email or contact admin

### Issue 4: Dynamic Questions Not Appearing

**Symptoms**: Questions don't show when service selected

**Solutions**:
- Check browser JavaScript enabled
- Check browser console for errors
- Clear browser cache: CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
- Try different browser
- Check form is fully loaded before selecting

### Issue 5: RBA Not Auto-Checking for Malaysia

**Symptoms**: RBA remains unchecked for Malaysia selection

**Solutions**:
