# ✅ CRUD Operation Popup Issues - FIXED

## 🔴 Issues Found & Fixed

### Issue #1: jQuery Not Loaded ❌ → ✅ FIXED

**Problem**: AJAX calls were failing because jQuery library was missing
**Error**: `$.ajax is not a function`
**Solution**: Added jQuery 3.7.1 CDN to head section

### Issue #2: Missing CSRF Token Meta Tag ❌ → ✅ FIXED

**Problem**: AJAX requests couldn't send CSRF token
**Error**: Token undefined when building headers
**Solution**: Added CSRF token meta tag

### Issue #3: Duplicate Button ID ❌ → ✅ FIXED

**Problem**: Two buttons with `id="btnPrint"` - event handlers conflicted
**Error**: Only first button's handler works
**Solution**: Removed duplicate "column" button

### Issue #4: Static HTML Buttons Missing Click Handlers ❌ → ✅ FIXED

**Problem**: Action buttons in Blade template don't open modals
**Error**: Clicking View/Edit buttons does nothing
**Solution**: Added onclick handlers that pass ticket data

### Issue #5: Missing Delete Button ❌ → ✅ FIXED

**Problem**: Delete action not available in table
**Solution**: Added delete button with onclick handler

### 1. View Ticket Popup

-   Click eye icon → Modal opens
-   Shows ticket details (Ticket #, Subject, Status, etc.)
-   Click "Close" to dismiss

### 2. Edit Ticket Popup

-   Click pencil icon → Modal opens
-   Form pre-populated with ticket data
-   Edit Status and Comments
-   Click "Save Changes" → Updates via AJAX
-   No page reload needed

### 3. Delete Ticket Popup

-   Click trash icon → Modal opens
-   Asks for deletion reason (required)
-   Shows confirmation dialog
-   Click "Delete" → Removes ticket via AJAX
-   Table refreshes automatically

### 4. Search & Filter

-   Type in search box → Table filters in real-time
-   Works with View/Edit/Delete modals

### 5. Pagination

-   Change "Entries per page" → Table refreshes
-   Works with all modal operations

### 6. Export Buttons

-   Copy, CSV, Excel, PDF, Print all functional

## 🧪 Test the CRUD Operations

### Test View:

1. Click any **eye icon** in the Actions column
2. ✅ Modal should open with ticket details
3. Click "Close" button or × to close

### Test Edit:

1. Click any **pencil icon** in the Actions column
2. ✅ Modal opens with editable form
3. Change Status from dropdown
4. Type a comment
5. Click "Save Changes"
6. ✅ Modal closes, success message shows
7. ✅ Table updates with new status

### Test Delete:

1. Click any **trash icon** in the Actions column
2. ✅ Modal opens with warning
3. Enter a deletion reason (required)
4. Click "Delete" button
5. ✅ Confirmation dialog appears
6. Click "OK" to confirm
7. ✅ Ticket disappears from table, success message shows

### Test Search:

1. Type in search box
2. ✅ Table filters
3. Try View/Edit/Delete on filtered results
4. ✅ Should work on any row
