### AJAX Integration

✅ Both AJAX calls implemented:

-   POST `/ticket/update` - Update ticket
-   POST `/ticket/delete` - Delete ticket

## 🧪 How to Test

### Test 1: Click View Button

1. Refresh page
2. Click **eye icon** on any ticket row
3. ✅ Modal should open showing ticket details
4. Click **Close** button

### Test 2: Click Edit Button

1. Click **pencil icon** on any ticket row
2. ✅ Modal opens with form
3. Change the **Status** dropdown
4. Type a comment (optional)
5. Click **Save** button
6. ✅ Success message appears
7. ✅ Modal closes
8. ✅ Table updates

### Test 3: Click Delete Button

1. Click **trash icon** on any ticket row
2. ✅ Modal opens with warning
3. Enter a **Reason** (required)
4. Click **Delete** button
5. ✅ Confirmation dialog appears
6. Click **OK**
7. ✅ Success message appears
8. ✅ Ticket disappears from table

### Test 4: Check Browser Console

1. Open DevTools (F12)
2. Go to Console tab
3. You should see messages like:
    - `🚀 Initializing page...`
    - `✅ Page ready!`
    - `🔔 VIEW clicked...` (when you click a button)
    - `✅ Modal opened: view/edit/delete`
    - `✅ Modal closed`

## 🔧 Troubleshooting

### Problem: Buttons don't respond

**Solution**:

1. Check browser console for errors (F12 → Console)
2. Look for red error messages
3. Check if jQuery loaded: Type `$` in console, should show jQuery object

### Problem: Modal doesn't open

**Solution**:

1. Check console for `openModal` messages
2. Verify ticket data is loaded: `console.log(tickets)` in console
3. Check if modal element exists: `document.getElementById('actionModal')`

### Problem: AJAX calls fail

**Solution**:

1. Check Network tab in DevTools
2. Look for POST requests to `/ticket/update` or `/ticket/delete`
3. Check response status (should be 200)
4. Check error response in console

### Problem: Icons not showing

**Solution**:

1. This was already fixed with Font Awesome CSS
2. If still not working, hard refresh: Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R
