## Feature Implementation Details

### Role-Based Access Control
- **Roles 1, 2, 5** (Supervisors/Admins):
  - Can create both IT and Quality tickets
  - Select from all locations
  - Can assign frontliners (technicians)
  - Select SLA and supervisors
  - Full edit and delete permissions

- **Roles 3, 4, 6, 7** (Technicians/Frontliners):
  - Limited to their assigned location
  - Can view and edit assigned tickets
  - Cannot delete tickets (except role 2)
  - Submit comments and status updates

### Database Operations
All database queries use Eloquent ORM/Query Builder:
- `DB::table('ticket')` - Ticket CRUD
- `DB::table('users')` - User/Technician lookup
- `DB::table('location')` - Location data
- `DB::table('device')` - Device options
- `DB::table('department')` - Department options
- `DB::table('subject')` - Subject options
- `DB::table('status')` - Status options
- `DB::table('comments')` - Comment storage

### AJAX Endpoints
1. **Location Change** → Loads available technicians/staff
2. **View Ticket** → Retrieves ticket details for modal
3. **Edit Ticket** → Loads ticket for editing
4. **Update Ticket** → Saves changes and comments
5. **Delete Ticket** → Soft deletes with reason

  "data": {} // Optional additional data
}
```
## Browser Compatibility
