# Work Summary: Reusable Blade Partials Implementation

## 📋 Overview

Created reusable Blade partials for Emergency Contacts and Family Members sections to standardize forms across Agent, Lawyer, and Staff portals.

## ✅ Completed Tasks

### 1. Fixed Address Copy Bug in Agent Portal
**File**: `resources/views/agent/clients/create.blade.php`

**Problem**: City dropdown was not populating when copying residential address to family members.

**Root Cause**: Family member address dropdowns didn't have event listeners. When address was copied, state was set but city dropdown remained empty.

**Solution**:
- ✅ Created `attachFamilyAddressHandlers()` function
- ✅ Added country/state/city change event listeners
- ✅ Fixed timing in `copyResidentialAddressToFamily()` with 150ms timeout
- ✅ Called from `generateFamilyMembers()` function

**Result**: City dropdown now properly populates when copying address

### 2. Created Emergency Contacts Reusable Partial
**File**: `resources/views/shared/partials/emergency-contacts.blade.php`

**Features**:
- Add/remove multiple emergency contacts
- Contact name, phone, relationship, email fields
- "Other" relationship option with custom textarea
- Consistent field naming: `emergency_contacts[index][field]`
- Integrated JavaScript functions

### 3. Created Family Members Reusable Partial
**File**: `resources/views/shared/partials/family-members.blade.php`

**Features**:
- Malaysian states and cities (16 states)
- Dynamic family member generation
- Complete address section with country/state/city
- "Copy from Residential" button
- Event handlers for dropdown population
- Manual family member addition
- Consistent field naming: `family_members[index][field]`
