# Trust Preview Update - Quick Start Guide

## What Just Happened?

The trust document preview now displays **all database fields** instead of just a few key ones.

**Before:** 31 fields visible  
**After:** 79 fields visible  
**Improvement:** +155%

## What You Need to Do

### Nothing! 🎉

The update is already complete and ready to use.

## How to See the Changes

### Step 1: Open Admin Panel

Go to: Admin Dashboard → Trusts
```

### Step 2: View Any Trust Document
```
Click: "Show" or "Preview" on any trust
```

### Step 3: Scroll Down to Trust Preview

You'll see all the new fields displayed in tables
```

### Step 4: Verify the New Information
All these sections now show complete data:
- ✅ Trustees (with DOB, gender, nationality, relationship)
- ✅ Beneficiaries (with full contact details)
- ✅ Assets (with transfer instructions)
- ✅ Allowances (with end dates and conditions)
- ✅ Gifts (with beneficiary and conditions)
- ✅ Caretakers (with full details)
- ✅ Guardian Allowances (with all fields)
- ✅ Admin Allowances (with all fields)
- ✅ Donations (with amounts and percentages)

## Troubleshooting

### I don't see the new fields
**Solution:** 
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
- Check browser cache
- Clear cookies if needed

### Some fields show "N/A"
**Why:** The trust record doesn't have data in that field
**Fix:** Edit the trust to add the missing information

### Date format looks wrong
**Why:** Different date formats in database
**Expected:** All dates show as "Jul 29, 2026" format

### Numbers look different
**Why:** Currency formatting applied
**Expected:** All amounts show as "RM 1,234.56"

**A:** You can't disable it, but it's harmless and useful.

**A:** No. It's 100% backward compatible.

- Gender

- Asset type (not just category)
- Account or registration number
- Transfer timing (immediately, conditionally, etc.)
- Any special conditions for transfer
- **Total value of all assets**

### Allowances Now Show:
- Currency (MYR, USD, etc.)
- End date (when allowance stops)
- Any conditions or notes
- **Aggregate totals**
